Ball mill liners is used to protect the cylinder from direct impact and friction of grinding media and material. Different type of liners can adjust the motion status of grinding media to enhance the grinding effect, improve the grinding efficiency and capacity and reduce the metal consumption. Furthermore，the liners have an effect on grinding media’s motion law. Liners are made from different material and made into different shapes in order to adapt different working condition (powder grinding or fine grinding). When focus on powder grinding, the lines should have good property in grinding media’s pushing and lifting and outstanding impactresistance. When focus on fine grinding, it has lower request of liner’s pushing and lifting property and impactresistance but higher wear resistance.
